I love your channel, but wondered if you had any advice and yes I've been to the doctor who want to give me a tablet to have before every meal. And I can't afford a dietitian. But I bloat after everything I eat, my stomach gets so big it pulls on my skin it embarrassing and uncomfortable. I hate eating now and started drink smoothies but that doesn't help either. I'm very fussy with food and have ADHD which makes even feeding myself daily a struggle, cause I get bored of food very easily and binge eat a lot. I'm come to the point of dispare cause I just can't get help for it and am asking everyone for some new ideas that I've just not thought of. I'd love to do a fast but get so moody angry when I don't eat. Suffer with being tired all the time too. If only I had to money for someone to help. Thanks.

I have been thru something similar. I was diagnosed with IBS a few decades ago and when I have flare ups it’s like what you describe. What helps me is simple Foods. Even vegan protein shakes so my digestion can relax. Then a hot water bottle or a warm cloth from time to time on my Abdomen. And as uncomfortable as it sounds I go on an easy run. Helps get everything moving in my Gut again. Hope you find some relief

Btw: when I have a flare up I also easily Binge eat. I thinks it’s because I eat But am not getting nutrition. That’s when things like the shakes and green juices really help me to minimise the binging.

I think my son unsubbed me. 😂. He has disabilities and constantly unsubs me from my channels and subs Yu-Gi-Oh channels instead.
