HI All! Ive been working on a energy drink formula for over a decade now. I am in the process of acquiring a patent for it. The lawyer says I need to conduct clinical trials to validate the formula. I am stumped as to how to go about doing the trials. Does anyone here know anyone who has gone through the process of conducting a clinical trial? Specifically a trial for a energy drink patent? thanks in advance.
