There is an episode where kagami get akumatized while holding this bracelet. The bracelet gets destroyed and then brought back by restoring paris using the lucky charm. So i dont think the bracelet has the amuk if this theory is real

Maybe no.. Cz defeating mayura means only ger miraculous will be taken and she might get arrested and nothing else.. In the season 3, episode "Feast" we see that master fu created a sentimonster year ago and then he lost the peacock and butterfly miraculous.. Even after around 100 years the sentimonster was still alive.. So if we put it that way adrien shouldnt be dead
