"Unlucky Guy", based on Richard Armitage as Guy of Gisborne in BBC's "Robin Hood". Felt like doing a parody, but it's not one I'm particularly happy with ... but then I did just kind of throw it together for the hell of it.
(In retrospect, "you are no lucky Guy" would've been better - "you are unlucky, Guy" sounds a lot like "you are a lucky guy". Ho hum, never mind.)
"UNLUCKY GUY" LYRICS:
You felt her false kiss
You heard her promise
She said she'd love you
Over and over again
Always lied
You thought her heart true
But she betrayed you
With that Hood outlaw
Over and over again
Now she's gone
Ohh, ooh, oooh
You are unlucky, Guy
Ohh, ooh, oooh
You are unlucky, Guy
Oh Gisborne, your fate is to suffer
Your karma will come back to bite
Oh Gisborne, now your heart is aching
And your soul's full of spite
Then came your nem'sis
Prince John's new sheriff
Your little sister
She didn't like you, it's true
Never did
You found your soulmate
Meg took away hate
Her death was cruel fate
Now you're alone yet again
There's no end
Ohh, ooh, oooh
You are unlucky, Guy
Ohh, ooh, oooh
You are unlucky, Guy
Oh Gisborne, your end is made clear now
Your sister would do that to you
Oh Gisborne, though your life is waning
We'll keep on loving you
Ohh, ooh, oooh
You are unlucky, Guy (etc.)
