This is an arrangement of a touhou song boss theme. Border of life, ink black cherry blossoms of Suzihimè, touhou 7 PCB (Perfect cherry blossom), final boss' revival theme. Unlucky Morphus remixed/arranged it to produce this banger, and it really shines through.
