UNLV vs Temple 1988 T & M 

My first UNLV game with my dad. I still have the program and pictures from it. I'll never forget this game. I got Stacey Augmons autograph among other afterwards. Thanks for posting!

Miss Keith Jackson RIP

I was a ball boy on the UNLV bench during this game!! Words haven't been invented yet to describe the memories the second I saw this post.. No one knew who Anthony Todd even was!! LOL

UNLV had such a great run from 83-92.

I was at this game . In the last row at the top of the T and M. What a game!

I idolized Stacy Augmon as a kid. What an athlete and defender.

I remember this game

I was just reading about this game in The Basketball Hall of Shame (1991). Really tough to see on tape but at 1:14:52, UNLV's Richard Robinson, who was on the bench at the time, illegally taps the ball back inbounds, redirecting it to teammate Keith James and leading to a key bucket at the other end. Afterward, Robinson said both he and teammate Jarvis Basnight tried to tip the ball back inbounds. "But I beat him to it and knocked it back in to Keith."

Uh, what happened to the ending? I have a memory of one of the Rebel players chucking the ball high into the air after the final buzzer. My sister was a student at UNLV at the time and she got me and my dad front row tickets along the baseline right behind the UNLV cheerleaders. I was trying to find myself, but couldn't quite tell with the 1988 video quality!

Does anybody miss teams doing the free throw circle on their courts anymore because they just look dull now without anything.
