Hi there! Congrats that is very exciting! Albuquerque definitely has some safer areas and some that I would avoid living in. Generally right around UNM is a good area but I would avoid Central ave area if you can.

@@shaifalisaxena6376 hello. I went for California State University, Fresno. I have been very interested in Astrophysics and the program has been wonderful here. I really tested my luck because other departments are not so great at CSU Fresno. The physics department has been great so far. It just has less than 15 grad students and they really focus on individual attention.
