You know I don't Stan them but I'm really glad we have them in 4th generation. Their music are always spectacular. Every comeback is just bop. I love how they almost always try to sing live which is something becoming rare in kpop. And they are known as the one of the best dance group, 4 of the girl are just excellent dancer. Their choreography are always on fire. Itzy and everglow are my favorite group after Blackpink!

fun facts: 4/5 of itzy's members are known to be the best dancers in and 4th gen and one of the best dance line in kpop and the 5th member is one of the best vocalists of kpop and 4th gen.....like literally QUEENS. usually they choose one member of the group to do the AOTM and he/she is the best dancer of the group but 3/5 of itzy's members have done it and yeji (leader) has the most views of all time and that alone says a lot about their dance skills. they ALWAYS end their choreo with a crown pose. it's like their signature move... ITZY are known as breakdancers as a meme cuz they break a part of their body with every comeback i.e for each of their songs, there's a body part that is put under strain (eg: MITM- knees, icy - neck and hips, dalla dalla - back, wannabe - shoulders etc)

I think your analysis of wannabe with their looks is at least partially correct. After their debut chaeryong (the one you call the dancer) had so many hate comments about her looks that her mom released a statement asking everyone to please stop because it was hurting her. That said last year she was the only member of it’s to end up the list of worldwide top 100 most beautiful faces so just goes to show how wrong the haters are

you're SO right with itzy's concept! since debut, they've been all abt self-love, confidence, and empowerment! we stan itzy for that!!! ur comment abt itzy having a bunch of dancers is also correct! 4/5 of the members have dancer "positions" (two main dancers: chaeryeong and yeji, + two lead dancers: ryujin and yuna). the only member who isn't a "dancer" is the main vocalist, lia (she was the one you thought had more of a sweeter vibe-but don't let her sweetness fool you, she's also a savage hahah). ryujin(short blue hair in wannabe) actually isn't the leader! she totally has a striking confidence and is the group's CENTER. here is a basic run down on the members: - the actual leader is YEJI (2000) (the one you said was visually striking), and yeji is also the one of the group's main dancers, the lead vocalist, and a rapper(if you look at their discography, like Gas Me Up, she could def be a lead rapper). fans (and non-fans) often say yeji could share the main vocal role with lia bcuz she has such a powerful and stable voice. she often sings the high notes in itzy's discography. when they perform live, people often say that it's like yeji ate the CD ahhaha. yeji is totally an ace and a badass on stage, but she is the softest baby off-stage. she often gets "bullied" by her members as she is the oldest of the group hahah. - LIA (2000), is the main vocalist. she has a super sweet, honey-like voice. i think some of itzy's title tracks don't rly suit her voice, which is why there's some strain and ppl were rly critical of her (cmon jyp, know ur artists), but in the more recent comebacks, she's been able to show off her vocal abilities more. i think lia's vocals shine most in itzy's b-sides (her voice in "LOVE is" is great). midzys(the fandom name) are super proud to see her growth in dancing as well! it's hard to be the only "non-dancer" in a group full of some of the best dancers, but she holds her own well and she's made great improvements :) - RYUJIN(2001) is the group's center. she's totally the epitome of girl-crush with the way she exudes sm charisma. she's also the main rapper, a lead dancer, and a sub-vocalist. she's just a total badass. the way she absolutely ate up the fight sequence during the MAMA performance!!! ryujin is actually kind of soft-spoken off-stage. but with people she's comfortable with, she's kind of a crackhead hahah. i love the way she is not afraid to talk abt things. she talked abt how ppl would say that itzy are "great for a girl group" (smth along those lines), and she publicly expressed her frustration and stood up for herself, which is sadly, rare to see ppl do in kpop (stan women, stan itzy!). - CHAERYEONG(2001) is one of the group's main dancers. she is an INSANE dancer! she and yeji are both main dancers, but her style is totally different. she's super fluid (she is the god of body rolls). she's also officially a vocalist and a rapper (but she totally deserves to be lead vocal as well!). her voice is super soothing and sweet. she is also incredibly stable during live stages (along with the rest of itzy), she literally sounds like a recording. she was considered the "visual hole" in itzy, which is total bs bcuz she's gorgeous. i'm so glad u pointed her out sm and said she was striking to u! our chaer deserves all the love

From Day 1 ITZY’s message has been confidence and self-love. As they’ve gone from comeback to comeback, they’ve slowly incorporated more mature sounds and outfits, but the core message is the same. Even when they’re singing about relationships, it’s about being in control. When the guy makes them go LOCO they lean right in to wrestle control of the situation. The first member with the striking looks is Yeji. That’s my bias. The second girl who shot the drone down is Chaeryong and I’ve just learned she’s my bias wrecker 😂 . I think every fandom love ITZY so much. They're such a talented group, they sing live, stable af, strong dance line, raps, visuals, down to earth girls, their personality and ofc the stage presence. Such a perfect group when they are five. They're my ult 4th generation group.

You were very right when you said something about their dancing. They have one of the best dance lines in 4th gen, maybe even kpop overall. That girl in Not Shy with the yellow bootsis chaeryeong, she's the main dancer together with yeji (the one who says kitty lol, she's the leader), chaeryeong is arguably the best female dancer in 4th gen (together with her sister, an ex-member of iz*one). Yuna (the visual, the one you said was very pretty) is a lead dancer with ryujin (the one with the shoulder move) , who's also the center. The other member is Lia, the main vocalist. They have incredible stage presence& performances, they're personally one of my favorite groups in kpop

Itzy's made out of 5 all-rounders, you will see all of them switching from dancing singing and rapping each and every time. RYUJIN, who you tought was the leader is actually a CENTER that's why she's always in the middle of the ending pose etc, i would reccomend you watching their individual performance on studio choom (YEJI, RYUJIN, CHAERYEONG)

I fell in love with itzy with the shoulder movement. And once for a programe i decided to do an itzy song, loco was the one. And gosh its so hard to perform itzy songs in stage , because damn the energy is soo high level.. it's very difficult to sing and dance when it's an itzy song. She has a few fav groups but never found a group with the exact criteria and ability that she want. Itzy is the first group that hit the mark. I understand what she mean. Wannabe’s my favourite ITZY title track to date! Of course the songs SLAPS, but the lyrics are what really get me. These girls and their music have genuinely been such a huge contributor to my self-confidence! If you want to get to know the members more, I recommend reacting to a 2022 guide to itzy and some crack compilations! There’s so much content that’ll make you fall in love with them, but one step at a time haha

Rujin is the center and the rapper with the short hair she is the center because she was the one well known when then debut. Yuna is is youngest she is the one who did the runway barefoot and is really funny, Lia is the main singer she is the one you said was sweet, and cheryoung is the dancer, she is my bias, she is funny by not trying to be. Would really love to see you react to red velvet they have a red side which is cute and bubbily and a velvet side which is more r&b more mature and sexy. Amazing singing dancing rapping and they all are visuals!
