On the map there is a shop where you can buy new blueprints, for example industrial red brick walls. Although I do like the concrete brutalist prison style. Needs more iron bars though (not the drinking kind).

I believe, Colonel Sir, you can fit 5 more students in your year one class as it said18 of 23 after you'd assigned everyone. I also believe you have 25 desks in that classroom so you could either sell a couple or stuff some more kids in.
