It's a project to take every official set of Uno and merge all the various rules into one mess. 10 colors, a thousand cards, over a hundred card effects, four discard piles (which you don't straighten up, and causing one to spill means you draw cards as a penalty). All sorts of chaos.

Uno Flip, or as it is affectionately named in my family "Fucked UNO" or "Wacky UNO" is absolutely legendary. Especially when the entire deck is in peoples' hands because +5 carries over to +10 etc and so the game takes half an hour to finish.

Several people have mentioned the great chemistry between Dom and Tilly but looking back over their interactions on House Rules games starting with Communopoly 2 (with Dom's absolute glee when explaining the rules for the thimble piece), Tilly absolutely screwing Dom over when convincing him to lay down an ace high straight in Poker but Backwards and then their interactions in this one, I'm actually a little scared to see what's going to happen in the next House Rules where Tilly and Dom are both playing.
