So sure, you've got shirts and dog tags and CD's....but what are some ideas that are really outside the box?
How about steampunk bling with bronze guitar picks with phrases stamped on them. How about a physical piece of art with lyrics to one of your songs on them? I'm on a quest for alternative band merch to give my fans items they cannot get anywhere else from any other band and here are some of the ideas that I came up with. If you have any skills with arts and crafts, you've got one hell of a unique asset that you can use to make extra money at your shows! This is just a brief intro to what I have on my merch table, I will have more videos that focus on the some of these individual pieces and how I made them. I hope this gives you some ideas and inspiration for your own DIY Indie musician route. It's not easy and I constantly comb the pages and catacombs of the internet to find interesting ideas for indie merch.
Also the merch table itself? Instead of the folding table with the sheet over if, how about a nice little suitcase.
I'm always looking for new ideas to give my fans better and more outside the box merch so if you have any ideas, please let me know.
I hope you all enjoy and please feel free to ask me anything, make a request or just say hi!
