I love you Juliette and Tim!!! You have no idea how much peace you have brought to my heart! Divorce is sadly a not very popular subject in my Latino/Spanish speaking churches. Women are being abused and live their lives with no hope in the name of keeping the “marriage”. I am so thankful that God rescued me from a very bad, long marriage! Keep up the good work! Although this was done several months ago, I'm just seeing it for the first time. I didn't expect to, but I wept through most of this unpacked, crying out to God for help and strength. Exactly Juliette! Sadly, it actually cost my friend's friend deeply. She listened to her Pastor, went back to her husband, and She DIED AT THE HANDS OF HER HUSBAND because of it.

Me wishing my cousin was alive to see this. She was in a very very abusive marriage that she believed that as a Christian we can’t divorce. Now she is dead and left a precious girl without her mother..
Awesome teaching. 👏🏾 Eek 😬 Not sure it’s good practice to counsel the opposite sex alone though. I just don’t think that’s wise practice because of potential indiscretions. The church should provide male to male and female to female counsel.
