I havent made a story yet, but here is a summary of it
Queen chrystalis returned after being defeated once, but had taken one of the main six by surprise, aswell as Queen Crystalis having a way far larger army than before
then boom, war, Pony v Changlings
Twilight was trying to help the army, by making something to make them "stronger", only for her to make what she desired, but with a cost of losing control of the body.
