For the Beluga lore: I have reason to believe Hecker is SKITTLE CHAN and Beluga's mom is the hitman skittle chan hired to kidnap Beluga in a previous episode. We know skittle chan is obsessive and will try anything to be with Beluga even brainwashing. Beluga used timezones to run away from her a few episodes back. It's not a stretch to say she found him in North Korea as she hacked hecker himself in the emoji episode. Have you ever noticed hecker never showed himself and why would he get rid of his apps especially since discord is his main communication? Skittle chan made this plan on purpose to fool Beluga. Heck, even skittle himself is in on this whole thing. We know though that skittle and chan are separate people since Skittle and Skittle Chan were different people in the same episode on the deleting files episode. We don't know what's going to happen next but it may be HUGE.
