Because EPL is so competitive that more focus is gone in the EPL wherein La Liga it's not as competitive as the EPL so the big teams in laliga focus on UCL. We may talk about Real Madrids 14-15 UCL trophy or titles but initially when UCL or formerly known as European Cup was introduced where only 16 teams used to play and it was even more easier. FYI - I support Real Madrid when it comes to La Liga teams.

But xavi did maintain his body well and prolly could've played till the age of modric.
The PL argument is not too crazy though, Chelsea won Ucl’s when they struggled in the league. What I would say is that teams need to be more consistent throughout the season in order to win leagues, whereas teams need to be good in moments to win knockout tournaments.

And when we say anything bad about the team our friends or family members will always says that why you are saying bad about the team even when you can not do that.
