Yep I felt I was doing great for 4 months, then BOOM, hit me yesterday at noon. Good thing I was home and near the toilet so I could heave my guts out at least 3 times. Normally vertigo hits me in the morning, not this time. Menieres sucks, can`t figure out what might trigger the vertigo, it just happens. The first time I got vertigo I thought I was going to die. Nope, you don't die from vertigo, you just think you are going to die.
