Nope, she learnt the word 'confidence' from jessi. She's not trying to be like jessi in any way. With her face now, she learned to stand for herself. If you've seen her 'mildang girl' moment, then you know that in this competition (scripted or not), your competitors , the judges and the audience including the microphone will eat you alive if your confidence slips out while performing .
People criticized Yezi in season 2 cause of her attitude too, the first episodes all the comments were hating on her, Jidam is just confident and sometimes too blunt but here I just see her enjoying herself on stage
i honestly think that yuk jidam is just a victim of evil editing.. but regardless of what her attitude is like there's no doubt that she's one of the better rappers in season 3. I used to not like her in season 1 but she improved soooo much

I'm starting to see a few comments comparing Nada to Trudey and it's pissing me off. Ppl are literally just saying that because she's darker skinned. She has never claimed to be black and remained consistent since her debut. It just fucks me off cos Nada and Trudey are nothing alike. Smh
yeah plus isnt nada mixed like half black and half korean? i remember i read that she was so she can't really be compared to truedy who has no black in her and tans her skin and stuff while nada just happened to be born with dark skin and has that appearance
Misae Wade-Bey nada is not mixed she's fully Korean but just tans her skin which isn't s problem and yea she's not like truedy in the sense that she doesn't claim to be black but SHE IS like truedy in the sense that she's a cultural appropriater (? Don't know if that's a word) but on multiple occasions she has worn box braids on the show and off like truedy wore corn rows on the show
I love Nada and all but she did say in an episode of Unpretty Rapstar that her twerking on SMTM was the beginning of her black history. But that could have been a mistranslation. She still slays though.
I guess ppl just want to hate on her for whatever reason, since she doesn't look or act the same as she did in season 1 it makes ppl pressed. Jidam was in top 3 of rapping skills in s.1 and now she is too. I see zero Jessi on her, just because she is more confident now doesn't mean she wants to be like Jessi.

pretty much everyone said they had no clue why giant pink chose nada. giant pink told nada to change her lyrics, and everyone said nada looked nervous. obviously her status as an idol didn't contribute to her performance.
i am not going to find an excuse to hate jidam. and i'm not trying to hate her tbh. i like her confidence, but sometimes i hate it. her attitude too, maybe that because she's prettier than before so I THINK she's a bit rude now. hope i still can like her. giant pink did a good job too.
An Go nothing is wrong with her confidence. And i like it. But when you watch her attitude, her attitude to the others. To other rappers. Her overconfidence is really hurting. I know she's good and supergood. Her confidence make me feel she's MAYBE rude. ;)

yes it's true jidam has an attitude in this season but i guess she has the guts and talent to prove them wrong. jidam's rap has the same tone as before but with more charisma and power. when you have to join a contest for the 2nd time, you have to give your hardest and best shot and that's the reason maybe why jidam is acting that way. btw, season 3 is full of excitement. loving the contestants's energy and will to win. 😁😁😊

I didn't expect Giant Pink to dance. O.O they all did very good. One of my fave teams from this episode. They have so much charisma which is why I love this team. Giant Pink has a big chance of winning if she keeps this going. Yuk Jidam looks so much taller now. I swear did she have some sort of growth spurt? She seems so tall now.

Yuk jidam is a great rapper but just because she is close to jessi unnie doesn't mean shes trying to be like her she just became more comfortable with herself we just have to give her a chance and wait and plus we all know that her rapping skills are good

I actually watch this season because of Jidam but her personality definitely changed so much. I mean I like that she's confident with herself now and is prettier, good for her but she's trying to act tough too much. She has so much potential, she definitely slayed in this performance. I hope she realized that she just needs to be herself again and cut being a jess wannabe.
