A one week ban for bringing the game into disrepute is ridiculously low. Brett Stewart was given a 4 week ban by David Gallop for simply having some drinks and responsibly catching a cab home... simply because he was the face of the game and falsely accused by a convicted con man of sexually assaulting his daughter. But Gordy is WAY off track comparing Latrell's 1 week suspension to Wendell Sailor's 2 years suspension. Sailor was not suspended for using coke. He was suspended for PERFORMANCE-ENHANCING use of coke, failing compulsory drug testing while playing. Latrell is injured, not playing, not performance enhancing, and failed no drug test.

So hes a man, a club man, a family man well he's poor at all 3. Hes been corrupted by the club, family and friends have let him down as well. There's more to it. I think it's his inner circle. Family, friends, club. The very people he should trust are letting him down. A friend's mother took that picture for example.

Why would the fans and members of South Sydney want Blake Solly to front the media along side Drongo on this issue. Did or do people not remember Blake Solly's handling of the Adam Reynold's departure? He stood their beaming, like he was doing South's, the fans and the football club a favor during that interview. Looked how that played out. If Solly came out with Latrell, Like Latrell, he would try and convince us all it wasn't Latrell's doing, it was someone else's fault and he didn't know what he was doing. I hope others will follow my lead, I have just cancelled my membership and pulled out from renewing for 2025. If this club and it's Hierarchy believe Latrell is bigger than the club itself and the Game, I will never contribute one cent to them until he is gone and the club gets back to it Family club ties again. The morning the photo was put out there he should have been dragged in by the south's under the instruction of the NRL and had his blood tested to see what was in his system.
