Many of us who grew up in the church were taught to believe that the way to righteousness is punishment and suffering. If that’s true, why did Jesus suffer on the cross? Why did He live a life where He was faced with every opposition? He did so that we could be free from the lie that says punishment is needed in order to be called His. He paid the price. He didn’t pay half so we could pay the other half. He paid for us entirely.
Danny Silk is one of the many instructors of BSSM Online. His ministry is a gift to our students and the profound knowledge he has in relationships, parenting, and ultimately our relationship with God, is a gift to this school.
