I feel like you aren't using torpedo enough... @ 3:34 if you pop it, you save the entire team here I think, maybe even kill Rein, and you finish building Orbital Ray. Look @19:25 for how huge a good torpedo can be, one single use there gives almost 20% ult charge and saves the team.
