If your Using your own weapon for this with your own projectile, Do a On Component begin overlap on your Projectile - Cast to Enemy - Apply Damage. So you can do what Ryan does 4:18
Hey mate! I have a question! Is there a way to implement this logic into a Level Blueprint? I have a Tutorial level and the wave system starts into this level and returning some errors.. is that a way to do into a level BP to trigger the first wave when I pass a checkpoint or press a key? Cheers!
Any reason not to do this in the level blueprint instead of the game mode? Or did you do it in the game mode so you can just assign that game mode to the levels that have a wave style combat?
I have followed Every Step From Part 1 and Part 2 multiple times, even restarted from scratch over and over and yet by the end of Part 2....My Zombies still do not spawn in after pressing play, is this out dated, or maybe does it not work With CBP_Characters ??
Definitely works, mate. I have the opposite problem to yours - my enemies DOUBLE spawn (and then these doubles vanish as their genuine copies are killed). I too am going through the first part of the code again to see where I might have messed up but I do wonder why it isn't working for you.
Hey Bro, I followed every steps, also did nev mesh bounds volume, when the player spawns, it doesn't move, run animation takes place at its own place. Please help?
@@sambarr8465 it be like that bro. I didn't want to learn blueprints but it makes ramming your head into the wall happen less. Just spend 3 days max learning blueprints 8 hours a day and you can avoid months of set backs. Good luck bro!
