However if you slow down the video, you can see that after the block, it was Eric's additional movement that caused the ball to go off the table. However, since it happens so quickly as a result of a block then in that situation the ball always goes tot he goalie. If there's a referee present and he thinks that the goalie caused the ball to go off the table then it can be awarded to the same player who originally shot.
