So... has RU-vid finally let me upload again? huh. Must of just been my computer acting up. Anyway, I should of uploaded this long ago. :P I just forgot i had this. xD It's just another version of the English Funimation DBGT recap Theme I submitted in the past. I'm going to try to get a hold of the dbgt dvd's so i can rip much more of Mark Menza's score, like super 17's theme and such.
I do not claim this song as my own. It is owned by Mark Menza, and Funimation Productions.

Bruce Faulconer focused on creating a powerful upbeat sound. Mark Menza is all about having a calm cool flow. I LOVE BOTH :D

That part plays at the title screen for the episode name. It just flows so well while the rest is played as the recap is being explained. My most memorable moment was when Omega Shenron was born and the following episode I remember the narrator saying(and I am 100% paraphrasing) "How will Goku manage to defeat Omega Shenron?" And the title screen appears saying Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta. The recaps for GT was just so good.

Bc of sountracks and bgm of gt in English, there is this insane vibe you get, this futuristic, otherworld vibe that this is the end, this is truly a grand tour, a tour of the whole dragon ball saga.

Dragon Ball Super's OST is good too. But I like Mark and Bruce's soundtracks better. I just wish I can use Bruce's soundtrack more without getting copyright claims.

I always felt there was a darkness to Menza's tracks compared to the majority of the Faulconer score which I sometimes felt a little mixed on. I do wish there was a little more of the warm energy found at 0:28 throughout the GT tracks.

It fit in perfectly with the badass form ssj4 and made me ignore the corny parts from season 1 lol. I will never forget or regret watching this series when I was 2

Oh, yes. They both sound similar but this one is a bit longer, and some different instruments were used. Though, for me It is a tad hard to tell differences in some of Mark Menza's Music... xD;

That was most people's complaints about all the music sounding the same, but I kinda liked the single mood, because the original GT was kind of boring, so I guess Funimation was trying to jazz it up. Dragonball Z could be left as is, but this way we have diffrentiation, rather than just watching the samething in another language.

Previously on GEEEE TEEEE... The tide turned when Goku transformed into a Great Ape and then into a Super Saiyan 4. With Goku's newfound powers at a heightened peak, Baby was sure to be pummeled down for the count. Last time on Dragonball GT, the unthinkable had happened. Through the cunning of Doctor Gero and Doctor Myuu, Goku had been trapped in Hell and fought against Frieza who had been training in the time since his death at the hands of Trunks and achieved a new golden form where not even the power of SSJ4 could match up and as the final insult, Cell in his own golden form absorbed Goku and powered up to heights unimaginable. All seemed lost when suddenly a fist landed in Cell's gut causing him to stammer back. There stood another Goku and Vegeta! "Time to set this timeline right and defeat you clowns." Hey, I was wondering if you have 0.28 to 0.45 on another track? I hear it quite often in DBGT... other examples being when Goku is looking at the photograph while he's golden ape and have flashbacks to the beach... it also seems to be a main song in A Hero's Legacy movie too... Thanks :D

@TheMattTrivium GT wasn't terrible, it was just not even close to be as good as dbz, story wise GT made no sense, the fights weren't surprising, and all the villains were defeated by Goku. So it had no spice to it. And keep in mind that Dragonball is only drawn childish, because that was Toriyama's original style, and when it came down to the Piccolo story, things were serious.
