This is a tutorial for people who at least knows the very basics of modding, such as how data_win32 works, character IDs, where to get the files, file size, etc.
This is a basic swap tutorial so I didn't talk about the details and how to make a proper swap. Soon I'll make an advanced one, with ougi_bullet, spl2 sound, fixed facial animation, make an spl that doesn't work this way and make it work (such as Itachi's Tsukuyomi), etc.
I tried to be as clear as possible, if it goes too fast slow down the video.

hello, I've done everything to put the ultimate jutsu (summoning nine tails) in Madara but there is no kurama, it's just the moves, what do I do?

I've done everything like you said, but there is no ultimate, just chakra (when activating ultimate) file size is OK but still nothing happening

I did everything using kabutos edo tensei swaped to orochimaru but it only works when used with a team uj and the coffin and most of the effects are missing , when possible do you think you can tell me whats wrong or what else I need to do ?

In your video u talked about " Between ver and the section there is a byte that counts how many sections " ------ what is that byte ? tell me please and how can I count it?

It's the only byte between ver and the sections how can you not see it?

Is it possible to create my custom ultimate jutsu by putting some normal moves together?

Yes and no. That's very advanced modding, I wouldn't suggest it when starting out. Look up the character I made with Zealot Tormunds on my channel, that one ultimate jutsu was completely from a story mode cutscene (along with other animations.) Hard to make!

that is odd, I swapped sage naruto's ''true wind style: rasenshuriken'' for yamato's ''genes of the first hokage'' but it only works during collaboration secret techniques and the wooden structure is only visible if yamato is in the match, if I attempt to use it as a secret technique it will just summon a hitbox-less rasensuriken effect at naruto's feets. Any possible ideas that could explain this odd behavior?

If the wooden structure only gets visible if yamato is in the match, then you must load the files that his ultimate jutsu needs. That's happening because when Yamato is in the match, his other files are being loaded aswell. So you should go inside the spl file and check what models it loads. Or you could just go inside his spcload and check the things you think the spl needs.

Hey uhm, maybe it's a bit late but... I swapped 5ssk ultimate with 6ssk, i changed the 02 bytes with 00 but nothing changed i checked every section 5 times.
