Nigeria will get it surely cos she's done a lot for African history including helping South Africa.

Guys lets not lie southafrica can't get a seat ther bcz its a western control country. We want a country like Faso and Mali to be in ther bcz they represent africans.

I unfortunately think it should be South Africa and African Union. South Africa has done a lot of work in Africa in accelerating intra continent trade, most multinationals that are South African are in African countries, e. Multichoice, Stanbic/SB, MTN etc. It is also the largest economy in Africa. Again I wish there could be 5 seats to include other African countries however that’s not where we are currently. African Union will allow the different African states to swap among themselves on the 7th member, with its many faults South Africa looks after the interest of the continent, even with current challenges with African people, SA still does the most for all Africans than any other country currently. I wish there were 5 spots, however we have to face reality, we will deal with African family issues as Africans.

I only see 3 countries qualify Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso if there'll be vito we'll be represented by the 2 of them

Would it not be better to have the african union occupie one seat with veto instead of 2 countries with no veto power,a rotational member by region to represent the AU on the seat,shared financial obligations

South AFRIKA is the Only country in AFRIKA/WORLD to host so many AFRIKANS, NOT Nigeria, NOT Zimbabwe, NOT Burkina Faso,Not Mali, NOT Niger, NOT Uganda.When they face Persecution/Tough Times from their dysfunctional States i.e Nigeria/Zimbabwe they all flock to South AFRIKA.While I'm typing this comment,More are doing all means to cross to South AFRIKA whether Nigerians/Zimbabweans, I wonder Why? Yet they say we don't qualify for that seat, How ungrateful to the country that's hosting them in Millions and it's the only country they feel Safe in AFRIKA otherwise they wouldn't be flocking in South AFRIKA in their Millions...

I am a Nigerian, i have seen people suggesting SA is qualified 😂😂what criteria did you use? SA is the most unequal country on the continent, Nigeria by far has played the biggest role in peacekeeping in Africa and by far have offered the most aid and economic assistance than any other African country but still i don't think Nigeria qualifies. We have the most corrupt government in the world.
