Billed as a condo alternative just minutes from downtown, the home is in a great location. And, although the owners insist there’s nothing wrong with it, the home’s overstuffed, cluttered interiors, religious art, fake flowers, ramshackle mudroom, and astro-turfed backyard are seriously turning buyers off.
In order to compete with the area’s modern luxury condos, Sofie comes up with plans for a radical overhaul. And while Anthony and the team declutter, reveal the home’s impeccable hardwood floors, and transform the mudroom and backyard, Sofie gives Marco and Maria a lesson in how to present a house for sale.
