I'll put my additions here: @movedaccounts5764 found the origin of the "the_sky_is_not_real" chime -- it's the sound Adobe After Effects makes when it finishes rendering ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Vl3cmacvVm4.html). Now we just need to figure out what the significance of that is and what it means :) There's a flashframe secret message in "minecraft.wmv" that I happened to put at exactly 0:46 -- I didn't even know it existed until after I published my video =O
Honestly that part heavily cheapens this whole ARG thing, that and those "Agents", the overseer guy in this lab thing and eating sand as if that's even a mechanic in the game lol. Just can't take it seriously after that
@@kay1229the sideways crafting table, floating eye, black roses, and weird red blocks aren’t apart of the game either, but the eating of sand did it for you? Lmaooo
Probably they wanted to use the popularity of the title. It will for sure cause some interesting interactions between people that are thinking they're talking about the same ARG but they actually aren't lol
Nice work covering Andrewgames, I liked and agree with the criticism section you have at the end, but it does make me realize I don't think I gave as much thorough criticism as you did, but thanks for the mention!
Remember kids never eat sand it can cause -nausea -possible death -allucinations -random black guys in your minecragt world -realizing your world is a simulation -ben drowned appearing in your world somehow -and addiction
At 17:03 Andrew regens, this wasn’t possible in beta minecraft unless you ate a golden apple, the animation is much closer to a non beta normal regen effect from modern minecraft.
Hey, may I correct you? In beta, at least before beta 1.8, golden apples restore 10 hearts instantly. The only way to regenerate health in those versions was to play on Peaceful mode. As someone who played a lot in peaceful mode back then, the rate of regeneration seems identical.
17:50 the "mega creepy nether" is actually a extremely red shifted hell world from indev versions of minecraft, which may hold some signifigance as to the possibility of other versions being used for the "simulations" or whatever andrew is in.
I'm only about half way through the video so far but I really liked your take on this one and your pacing is fantastic! (And your already over 400 subs, myself included! 🎉)
Not to be confused with "AndrewGaming67" this ARG is completely different, this one has a haunted game due to a secret society while 67's is haunted by brick wells made by a secret society.
Damn most smaller channels have shit mics and you can tell they have less experience. But your videos are actually different, this is some good shit here. Keep at it, you have potential.
Congrats on 106 subscribers!! Incredible subscriber special! In my opinion, the most unsettling thing about this ARG is the number of things that are completely out of place. The black skins, the eye, and the *block* are certainly creepy, but it's possible to see how they can exist in normal Minecraft. But what's unsettling is the Link jumpscare (still can't get over that one) and somebody's literal face. It's about like the real life towers and wells video in the AndrewGaming ARG. Will we ever actually see that in Minecraft? I sure hope not... This creator is putting out some great content.
Regarding upload schedule, it's possible that they pre-recorded a load of this, and thats then cut down to single episodes to upload daily, taken into account that this also seems not to use much viewer interaction, its entirely possible that a good section of this was done prior to any uploads and would also work to give them time to continue recording the next segments whilst keeping a daily upload schedule, especially if 1 day of recording becomes 2/3/4 episodes
When I looked at the description to see what the channel was for a second I thought it was another ARG (forgot what it was called but a character was called andrew) that is spread across like 6 channels and my immediate reaction was "oh no" Edit: Also is it just me or is the cobblestone on that stone hut andrew built in exploration2 rotated? Edit 2: Beds didn't get added until beta 1.2 so that's another anomaly
@@P0wderP1nkAndSweet For one, no one asked, two, my personality as nothing to do with my mental health, and number three, no need to be so rude to a stranger who has done nothing to you, but whatever flouts your boat I suppose! ^-^
Is it just me or did I think while watching this that indomitable sloth had way more subscribers than he does? He deserves way more recognition, this video was great!
"manifestationv2" and "manifestationv3" sounds really similar to Manifest v2 and Manifest v3... although that's probably my tech-hobbyist brain hahahaha
Is it odd that what made me realize it was a modified newer version wasn't the Deepslate and such, but it was the double chests being side by side. Before (I think) 1.16, you could not put 3 chests in a row. Instead, people would use Trapped Chests as they were a separate block. Trapped chests didn't exist until both chests became smaller (as the main distinction was only visible when chests got an opening animation) and redstone was added, which both were in release versions rather than beta
the chime sounds like a sped up version of the notifacation sound on some older tablets (2019 maybe?) possibly firebook, but i dont know myself, the brand of the actual tablet wasnt on the shell if i can recall. nor did i pay attention to the start up, it was android though. 3:00 at 0.5 playback speed.
Is it ok if i recommend an arg/ars? Because there's a channel called Abaccus23 ARCHIVES and they have like, 10 or so videos rn but they are slowly hinting to a second psrt of the series. Underrated imo eith only 9 subscribers, and it really fewls authentic with the music and editing from the time period the ars takes place in!!
