This atmosphere is very stable. That’s why tha hydrogen and oxygen can be fused together and not be lit up like a match. Clouds don’t represent instability. The clouds represent a VERY stable atmosphere. DUH
Chaos theory / the 3 body problem is the reason why we can only accurately predict the weather a few days in advance, our atmosphere IS stable enough to where we can live in it. But the inherent unpredictability of so many different variables means that it appears unstable to us with our technology.
