Samantha W I did choreograph this myself and was registered independently, when I did compete I either registered as an independent or with the studio I trained with when I was younger and currently teach at, but I was not on a company team then. Thank you !!!

A question I wanted to ask, whats your interpretation on this song? I have done a dance to this song( mostly improvisation) but I also told a story along with my dance. So I am just curious. amazing job by the way and I hope you are still dancing.
Hey Drew! I have many interpretations but the story line in this solo had to do with how strong my faith can be throughout the bad times and looking to God to help me through those times. So the person I wanted to hold on to me and not let go was him while I was feeling unsteady, as to why I started and finished looking up. What's your interpretation?
Eliana Maia Hey Eliana! Thanks for responding. I rewatched the video again and so how you interpretated the song. it's very unique in a way you know. The story I told in this song was mostly about suicide. In the beginning of my piece I start just looking at the audience and then pulling out a gun(not a real one or fake, it was just a gesture.)and pointing it to my head. The reason I was thinking about doing it was because I was going through a really rough time and I decided that maybe this will be the best way out for me. Everyday I had to put on a fake smile and pretended to be happy everywhere I go but I was hurting on the inside. As I am about to pull the trigger, I start to think back and tell my self why I shouldn't do it. at the very end I am still holding the gun, but I ended up not committing suicide because I know it would be a bad thing to do. That's how I interpreted the song. I wish I can show you a video of it but I gotta look back through my face book to find it. but I liked your piece and your interpretation of this song.
