I got placed in epam systems for the role Junior Software Engineer (Java) through Unstop. However epam systems gave my LOI and DOJ but later refused the offer and they old sheets are now filled. Such a bad experience I faced at last year. And still I am in infosys 😢😢

This deal was a steal for sharks . That entrepreneur should have asked 2 Cr for 1℅ then it might be done on 1cr for 1℅ because he has made something special
He looked at the bigger picture.. All these companies have thousands of employees who obviously resign/rotate all the time. He pretty much got life time business from these companies. Moreover, getting offers from 4 sharks on live TV is good for marketing.

But what's happening now in Zomato they dnt pay their staff well becs of fuckin CoVid so many lost their livelihood had to become delivery guys wt Zomato did so great for them so many bad incidents becs delivery people are fed up , mistreated no leaves can't even rest

We all know here the pitcher basically plays bargain and negotiation. He tells you the least equity without any loss and after negotiation the equity comes at point without any loss either.

i worked in a technical recruitement agency to help candidates clear their interviews using proxy; and i can say that u cannot stop cheating in online exams; if u proctor, they will use earphones; if u disallow earphones, they will use speakers kept far away; if u hear surrounding sounds programmatically, they will use covert remote desktop apps; if ur exam taking desktop app checks the background services in a computer and stops them, they will use hidden cctv to zoom in content on screen and receive answers on big screen wall mounted behind the screen; if u ask candidates to connect multiple cameras to see all parts of room, they will keep cameras in different rooms, not just this, u can intercept traffic at router level and change binary streams programmatically even if ssl is used, bottomline is u cannot stop cheating in an online exams
