Yes!!! The best way to listen to this is starting at volume 1 over. And over. Until you're ready for the next. And repeat this order until you reach the end. Keep listening to the one that's your favorite. It's awesome.and you're right, if you practice it, you should preach it. Especially to children 🙃👌🏻

I willingly self brainwashed with these videos, and now the motivation has turned into pure discipline. And we all know what discipline equals.. freedom.

I am on my 5th week of my 6-week Workout Challenge @ Next Rep CrossFit in Smyrna Ga. I will continue to train after my challenge but your first video in this compilation stands out and made me reflect back on my start as a CrossFit athlete then even further back...Wow. I have been thinking average most of my life but now I will "smash all traces of it from my life!" As a 52 year old I can still handle physical training and CrossFit is the perfect companion not only physically but my mental state of mind feels rejuventated.
