No one in my life seems to understand the power of self discipline and exercise. I feel like such an outcast and loner in my life because i cant function unless i workout atleast 2 or 3 times a week. I work a very physically demanding job in a warehouse as a fullcase selector for 10 to 14 hrs a night. I'll be 40 this year and i feel like im in my prime because ive worked out most of my life. Im not huge or jacked by any means...id call myself fit, especially for my age compared to those around me. I used to do it to get big or "buff", but as ive gotten older i found a groove so that im able to stay on top of my game while others around me...mostly 25 and 30 year olds are broken down and whining on day 2 or 3 of our 5 day work week. I have certainly found that consistency is very important in a competitive work place. Im not the fastest, but over a weeks period of time i get much more shit done and im much more accurate as well. Cant beat hard work!! Keep grinding boys and girls!!
