The Rocket Launcher can be purchased from the Merchant starting in Chapter 4. On Standard difficulty the Rocket Launcher costs 80,000 Pesetas.
If you want to go fast, the rocket launcher is 100% worth buying. It is also worth buying against bosses you absolutely hate. For example, now i always RL saddler because he's the final boss and I don't like playing NG+. You can only buy inf RL in NG+.
