Pay attention to not only your gut, but the universe too. If its not to be, things will start fighting you letting you know ie: crashing the drone, breaking your water heater, struggling with videos, etc, etc. Regardless, whatever you decide, have fun and enjoy yourself.
Just a random observation. It could be you’re in a funk because it seems like a lot of this trip you have been go, go, go whereas when you’re in the back country you tend to stay in one place for a few days. You could always slow down. There is no rule you have to be constantly driving. This isn’t a race. Slow down and enjoy it Chrome. Just my two cents
When I hear that lake water lapping against the shore it makes me have memories of long ago when I was a young girl and my parents would take us camping out of the trunk of our car and we would sleep on the beach, go to sleep listening to that sound. I miss those days. Beautiful scenery Chrome!
Glad you got your mojo back and made a decision. Your videos are well done and feel like you are talking to me. Not many RU-vid’ers can achieve that level of connection to the viewers. Whether it’s travel or shop I enjoy it all. Thank you for taking me with you !
Hey chrome, that was a fun video. I’m glad you were able to get a new drone and wherever you take us on your travels and adventures it’s going to be amazing and we certainly know it’s going to be beautiful with the mountains and scenery and ocean. thanks for sharing. You be safe out there.🇺🇸♥️👍✌️🙏😎🐾🏔️🚐🇨🇦
Ah, Chrome. I think you made the very best decision. Normally August would be the middle or close to the end of your travel season. To take on such a massive trek at this point in time reminded me of the video where you almost froze to death in your van when stuck with no propane. I can imagine the new shop calling you back. Next year you can get on the road early and do something epic. This year, you just might need a vacation from vacationing. Peace, brother.
Your videos are top quality Chrome!! You master it to the top! Been following since the beginning and will keep following 😊Truly appreciate you, the sweetest bear Cruz and the people around you. Thank you for letting us in so we can kind of taste the lifestyle 😊👍😜🥰
The best part of life is doing whatever you want. I totally get wanting to head back. Maybe get stuff done around the shop and then go back out for a few weeks in the fall. I wouldn’t put too much pressure on yourself. Either way we’ll all be watching. Love the content!
Big Truck Big travel the journey is the destination make beautiful videos photography is magnificent. Your channel is different and Chrome, the shop is calling.
Every decision you make will be the correct decision because you made it Chrome. You are a highly creative man, with very high expectations of yourself. You are also have business savy, you create opportunity whatever situation you find yourself in. Also you are hugely entertaining to watch no matter the subject, you make great mini films and your clever witty personality draws us in time and again. I think your plan to head to Dawson then winding back to a mini cruise on the ferry then heading back feels right. All the very best to you Chrome and Cruise.
In iceland esp in the north the sun never goes down in the middle of summer but just keeps turning around.lol.winter well that's a different story.bravo brother
Cut yourself some slack, Chrome. You had some major challenges before you even got started. This isn't a race. It's more like smelling the roses and enjoying the coffee.
Go with your gut. In the end its you that needs to be happy. I for one, will follow you, no matter what you film. On a side note, I love the shop and new business videos. Cant wait to see the future for you.
Chrome do what brings you joy. No need for excuses need to be made. You must also be seeing and hearing about how hopping the shop has been recently. It is probably pulling at your heart strings. The drone shots are always beautiful. Cruzie watching the kayakers from above was great footage too. I’m such a Cruzie fan💜 The summer trip has been awesome.
We'll keep watching you and Cruzie Bear even if you do not put out a video every day. Cut back a bit and enjoy your life. You only have one life to live. ❤😊
I haven't watched this video yet, waiting until I have time to relax and enjoy it. You know, always listen to that inner voice, always! There's a reason we get that, unfortunately many of us forget to listen to our instincts aka inner voice. Enjoy your journey no matter which way you van takes you. 💙
Yeeep were here to see what our man Chrome is up to along with Cruzie. The travels and epic scenery are just a bonus we’re just loving seeing what you get up to and chat about on the day.
Glad to hear you're continuing north to Dawson City. Another option on your return is the Klondike loop. Take ferry from Dawson across Yukon River. Drive into Alaska viaTaylor hwy to Tok. Then head south to Kluane Natl Park. At Haines Junction connect back to Whitehorse.
Whichever you choose, choose it because it makes you happy! We enjoy the journey with you with all the side trips, big or small - and even some of the stay home ones =:^)
I truly wish I could fund your entire trip as far north as you wanted. Your videos are excellent. That drone gives great pictures. Excellent decision! Heading back home meandering as you please. That ferry ride is impressive I've heard. Looking forward to the rest of your summer trip.
Hey Chrome 👋 I enjoyed the video, even when life throws a curve ball, eh? I think a ferry is a great idea, all the coastal views and wildlife on the way back. Beautiful.
Hi Chrome, hopefully you have the ferry booked now . This time of year it can be super busy. Have a nice day. Tom in the Maritimes at the NB-NS border.
Love watching your channel... just recently discovered it! Your adventures are awesome and I love how kind, respectful and polite you are... its refreshing! 😊
I’ve driven to Tuk twice and it’s worth the effort, believe me. It’s not just the scenery, which is magnificent (especially around Tombstone Territorial Park), but the people you meet and the atmosphere along the way are both incredible and humbling. Watch your speed and make sure you have sufficient spare tyres (preferably 2). There’s a gas station and tyre shop in Eagle Plains and a funky hotel too serving great food. It’s about 350km north of Dawson though, hallwayish to Tuk. Make sure the Peel River ferry is operational because your journey would end in the middle of nowhere. I’m doing it again next June.
I had a similar conversation with myself, and at that point I was 100 miles south of Fairbanks. I turned back, went to Atlin, BC, then headed for the Nisga Territory. Had the best fish and chips at the mouth of the river. The scenery was fantastic and the people marvellous. But a caution: don't take the industrial road from Cranberry. Your spine will never be the same. Happy travels and looking forward to the next segment.
I live in SE AK. The weather is changing and cooling down quick which means the roads are going to be bad.snow and ice, no joke. Wait till next year. We live in Haines which is not to far from Whitehorse
I am happy you're going to Dawson City and I'm certainly glad you made the decision not to do the Arctic circle if that's on your bucket list, there is always next year. That road to the Arctic is treacherous you might want to find another van to join you. Give Cruzie a hug for me.
If you are questioning anything then that’s the reason to just stop and go on this trip another time! ❤ We are here to support whatever you decide to do. Don’t push anything for us. Do it for yourself or don’t do it. We will be here no matter what you decide to do!! ❤❤❤
That lake footage (twin lakes?) would have kept me going, too. Im sorry you lost your drone but glad you were close enough to a major center to pick up another. Aerial footage is an such an addition to your videos so its justifies the expense. :)
The area around Haines Junction is worth your time. Quill Creek is worth a stop. Tombstone campground is stunning and way worth the dust and dirt. I just left there this week and now on the Stewart Cassiar. Enjoy the Yukon
I have enjoyed all your videos. Every single one I have been subscribed to people that used to put out 2. 3 videos a week. And now they're putting out one a week, and I have unsubscribed from them because their videos did not change.
I’m so glad you decided to push forward! Love seeing your content and exploring with you as I didn’t get a chance to explore that area when I was in BC🩵
Dawson City is a great place to visit and the trip on the ferry in the inside passage is fabulous. We haven't done it north to south but have gone south to north a couple of times, once in a car and once on a tandem bicycle. Enjoy the drive!
