Dawg your edgework is insane but two things I'd recommend is slowing down slightly on your pivots and moves. The fact is you're CRAZY explosive but your skating doesn't look nearly as "effortless" as it could (bc you've CLEARLY) got the skill bc you're moving somewhat frantically. You should focus on trying to use the fewest strides possible to cover distance, which will require you to get deeper on your edges (make your "Y-angle" smaller) to improve your mechanical advantage & ability to generate force. For example, I don't doubt you're faster than Quinn Hughes but bc his skating "looks" smoother, so coaches will (unfairly IMO) say he's a better skater bc they have a visual bias. The other thing is, on your outside edge holds, try to hold and get your center of gravity further away from your outside edges. The further away your center of gravity is from the point of contact, you'll be able to skate MUCH faster with MUCH effort bc you'll be using gravity & physics to assist you. Honestly, you've ALREADY shown you're willing to work hard to improve your skillset. Now you just need to make a couple changes and work smarter so you get more with less effort. You legit have the talent to make it to the show & your hands are also nasty.
