We purchased a house on 21st at Arlington. We are having a difficult time finding anything on this house. We think the house was built between 1905 and 1909. We are told it is a dutch however, I think it is a Victorian with an altered roof that was made to look like a dutch colonial. I would love your assistance.

*The first time I heard of West Adams was on the T.V. sitcom 'Girlfriends.' And one of those houses did look like the house Maya and Darnell lived in, LOL*

Go to Crenshaw n Adam's it doesn't look so nice lol but they do got million dollar homes there in west Adam's but its known as a gang area for what its known for

What kind of boundaries do you put on west adams? Does it include all the way to mid city to arlington on the east and south of w washington? or how do you think about that

I am seeing this five years after the fact. I found this video fun, informative and a little sad. Fun because I too live in an urban setting (apt. in the old Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee) and I do not own a car, no need to while living in the city. Informative because I thought only the West side of LA had glorious architecture which now appears to not be the case and I am high on historic preservation of buildings. Sad because (sorry in advance) the far left wing progressivism of Cali. is ruining the economy which makes not just moving there but living there and thriving while doing so, impossible for the middle class resident. Thank you for the work you do and lets keep voting and hoping for better days.
