Not only was her emotion lack luster but her move didn't match. Her schtick is edgy and cool, which is how she beat Naysha with a Gaga song because she has 'Gaga' appropriate moves. But that doesn't work for Gloria Gayner. It just proved that her range was small and, as she and Michelle said, is out of her league.

The Beginner's Drag Handbook of Lipsync is "It's Raining Men", Madonna's "Vogue", Cher "Do you believe in love", Really any Gaga song, and "I Will Survive". Even as a new queen you should have that in your back pocket and slay. No excuses.

I thought so too, also did you notice Ru go out of her way to put Dax and laila down for the elimination. You can see dax's "you don't have to rub it in" expression. It was really sad to watch and I felt bad for them, I don't think anyone was laughing.

I rewatched that scene soooo many times! I lived in a triad for 3 years and it was everything. Most people think it's cheating or open or categorize it falsely but Derrick defended beautifully.

If someone isn't ready for the competition, don't cast them, rather than crushing some queens' dreams just for a "shocking" elimination.

Joey Perez I would kind of believe that if Ru just eliminated the two of them, but this kind of "bombshell," where he gets all dramatic about borrowing Michelle's phone and we're left with a cliffhanger about who he's calling makes me think the whole thing is a WOW scripted piece of whatever, and that's really, really unfair to performers who have tried their best to be on the show. Whoever is brought in, if they're going to enter or re-enter the competition, is basically a piece of theater for this season, and both Laila and Dax shouldn't have been used just for a "tv moment" that looks incredibly fishy from whatever angle you look at it.
