Unus Annus Inspired | Let's Talk Chronic Pain and 365 Day Challenge! 

It was a fun year... Weird and odd, but fun 🤔 All the frontline workers are our heroes. Thank you for doing what you do to help protect us. I suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury 21 yrs ago and I've had to live with chronic debilitating pain everyday as well. It really sucks to have to live that way. I'm glad you're going to be doing something about it. I let myself slip into sever depression to the point of becoming suicidal and even got to the point of having a letter written to my family. I'm still here because a RU-vidr I listen to opened up about his depression 10 yrs ago and we started talking every few days and it helped to have someone who understood how I was feeling. We still talk every month about how we're doing. I still struggle with the depression and there are some days that I just feel like I can't even get out of bed, but I make myself anyways because I know I have people who need me and are counting on me to help them. I'm 241 pounds right now. I was 258 pounds 6 months ago and I finally decided to really do something with my weight through eating better and the limited excersise I can do. I understand all too well what it's like to be in pain all the time so I will keep you in my prayers and check in on how you're doing if that's ok 🤓.
