I personally think that “Glassesless Togami” is simply a placeholder image for sprites and other assets-not very exiting but it would explain why it’s in the files,you never see it,and why it’s in all the games.

In vita shell (someting like total commander for a hacked ps vita) there is ad hoc option in menu, i think it's used to send and receive files from one vita to another
I’ll admit it, Ishimaru’s unused death would have been a better send-off for him. He got killed the moment he was happy again, which felt too harsh for me, even if it’s normal for DR. Also, I would’ve loved to see Leon and Sayaka hang out, they’d make a cool friend group.

Like Mandy said, Can't be Hifumi or Sayaka because of the naked grey figure not matching thier body type. And it can't be Makoto because killing the protagonist wasn't a thing back then. Going to look back to see what I can find. Update: I also realized it can't be Kyoko because I believe she was dead at the time. The shattered glass reminds me a lot of Hagakure's crystal ball so Leon would be a suspect, or Hagakure idk. Also I don't think Chihiro could do that, they're too innocent. So with that our suspects are, *Leon and Hagakure* And with the fact that Leon had a Distrust execution... Not looking too good for him

6:20 “Ad Hoc mode” is what offline local multiplayer is called on the PS Vita (and also PSP, I think). The first Danganronpa game was originally made for those consoles, so maybe there would’ve been a multiplayer mode? Or you could share stuff between players?

5:33 I think this was gonna he used to like, show Leon walking to his execution. Because one I think the execution was just the culprits being killed by a guillotine. Second when you are sent to execution you don’t get dragged by a chain, you just walk to your execution, so I think this animation thing was gonna be used to show Leon walking to the quillotine and then him being killed. Or it’s just a waking animation or him during free time events, because some npcs walk around until you talk to them like in animal crossing. Or it can just be him leaving the conversation when you talk to him
Well thats lame... I'm happy they scratched tgat and gave us very painful executions instead- (cuz with a guillotine it's over very quickly, with fire or baseballs it'd take a while)

I like to interpret the Leon and Sayaka CG is them both in an execution and they have to fight for their lives. And then when they think its over, Sayaka uppercut Leon with a knife which would lead to the other Leon and Sayaka CG.

I just noticed the early renders of each character are used as the silhouettes of the characters at the end of each chapter to show how many people died
Ad hoc is the name the vita used to describe local multiplayer / vita exclusive bluetooth. so yeah, maybe there were plans for multiplayer matches between a friend next to you, but i can't imagine how that would work.
I think the reason why there are unused byakuya sprites without his classes in every game is because he’s technically in every game. The game developers must’ve copied his sprite file and put it in the other games, forgetting to take out the ones without glasses.
Sorry if it’s been done but: Ad hoc mode could reference the term “ad hoc ergo propter hoc”, more commonly known as “post hoc ergo propter hoc” or “post hoc”. For those that don’t know “post hoc” is a logical fallacy that states that since event B followed event A, event B must have been caused by event A." An example being “I talked to my friend about a blizzard that happened a few years ago, then a few hours later a blizzard actually happened. Therefore, whenever I talk about blizzards, they actually happen!” (Lol sounds like something Hiro would say) Given the nature of danganronpa/distrust it’s easy to see why a game mode titled as such would have appeared in the game, as for what it’d be used for, I have no idea :D
fun fact for Zero escape fans. There was a mechanic in Distrust where you could choose to "Trust" or "Distrust" someone. This inspired the Ambidex mechanic in Virtue's Last Reward.

About that "Ad Hoc" thing. Remember that first game was released on PSP?And,on PSP many games had Ad Hoc mode,that basically was LAN multiplayer,a way to connect to another PSP. Maybe it was supposed to be used for some multiplayer,or maybe transfer saves.

"ad hoc" means "when needed", still don't really know what that would have been but maybe it was a mode that you would switch into for certain situations or couldve been an investigation mode?
According to Google, ad hoc is Latin for "to this", and it usually means a solution to a problem. So I suppose it means "solution mode". Maybe it would be like a mode focused only on the nonstop debates/mini games? Not really sure on that, or how it would work
AD HOC was a function in the PSP wich allow players to play multiplayer online or with any type with internet connection. With this we can conclude that,maybe the PSP version of THH would have a multiplayer mode or it woul only serve as a content exchanger. (Sorry for the bad english :p)
With the image with leon and sayaka holding guns I feel like origanally each of them would be given weopans and the school would become a battle royal situation where you gotta gun down the others
Ad hoc mode though I don't know if it's an abbreviation it means that Danganronpa was going to have multiplayer local multiplayer at that which mean since Danganronpa originally came out on the PSP there was going to be some sort of multiplayer mode planned by connecting two PSPs
i really would have enjoyed to see a class trial and murder of mukuro, it would have been really interesting, and made the mastermind reveal much more impactful on the students
