Some of these videos are blurred out because they get to a violent part, and if I’m not mistaken that goes against some policy that RU-vid has for certain requirements for a videos. My question is, why even put them in if they are going to be blurred?

I apologize for the constant blurring. RU-vid has been striking some of my videos for 'child safety' despite not a single child appearing in any of them. I don't want to risk anything else getting striked until I can get the situation sorted. I appreciate all your support

Considering the fact that yes people do dumb things, in these videos, should be encouraged as child safety awareness. These videos make us laugh yes, but it also teaches us not to do dumb things shown within these compilation. It's rather dumb how people make lewd clickbait thumbnails and they don't even get a slap on a wrist. Or how other Meme Comp channels don't ever have to worry about censoring a meme / video. Kinda unfair for us viewers who can't afford a Psychologist, or Therapy. And that most of us are in 2021 where times are kinda tough right now. We love your channel. RU-vid is being a total bully, and has been on this even more strict watch on content / channels who broke the 1 million subscriber mark. It's sad but true.

Yup he once got all his videos striked. I've noticed his old videos are slowly getting back up with certain parts blurred. New videos get the same treatment once he gets a complaint sadly. This video is particularly bad... I watched it on release, no blurring. Now it's like 50%. Really wish I could see it unblurred outside of youtube

@@itsfloofles you always have been able to contact the channel owner and ask for alternative site uploading of this content. Whether he would agree to do so or not is another question. You can be fairly sure that putting extra effort in exchange of no material gains almost rules out the chance of him moving a finger (Me, you and everyone else would be grateful, but that doesn't pay his bills I guess 🤷🏻‍ )

As much as I enjoy these videos and want the creator to thrive (because they blur out the parts that can be copyrighted or taken down), then yeah this is getting more and more annoying. On the other hand, it's either this or entire videos going missing too lol This channel is known for deleting entire videos so I suppose it's just better to have a half of it gone

Because then he will have take down the video and repload it, he will lose all the views he had with this video, RU-vid has this function that lets you just blur out the part of the copyright issued clips in a uploaded video so thats what he did

RU-vid also lets you clip out parts of the video. You don't have to re-upload to do that. The real answer is that he wants to keep the duration the same for ad revenue.

So what? They put work in this and we aren't paying shit so JFC then there's a few 5 sec clips blurred and they get to keep ad revenue in exchange - who cares? People want everything for free and expect everyone to bust their ass for them to create free content. If the millions of fans of this channel were willing to pay like 50 cent dollar per week then the creator wouldn't rely on AD revenue. But no. If you're all questioning about the blurring aside from the "violence" in the clips most original uploaders don't like the fact that people like UnusualVideos makes revenue off there clips since all he/she does is compile them and since UV wants to make money off this he/she then in turn blurs out the clips from original creators who have contacted YT to get revenue off UV compilations.
