"wa ti" is a sino tibetan word which means water source of river. It is associated with rivers. All the trans-boundary river systems in India originate from himalayas Kailash Mansarovar in Tibet. There is a high possibility that the Saraswati, Indus and Harappan civilizations were sino tibetan civilizations.

The Saraswati river became extinct in 1900bc the same time the Indus Valley disappeared. The Vedic dna appears on the Indian landscape after 1500bc.for the first time.. according to Dna studies The Indus valley Civilization is Indigenous and the Vedic Culture is Aryan.or Indo European. The two Cultures are distinctly seperate and so one cannot be the continuation of the other. The language of the Indus by remains undeciphered.
