Unveiling Aumas Gift Silver and Diamond Light Guided Meditation 

That meditation went by so quickly! I was just out in a small park, feet on the ground, telling Mother Earth how much I love & appreciate her. This meditation was waiting for me when I returned. I love that you used Creativity as the gift today, as I have felt for a long time that my creativity has been stifled. All this Energy & Shifts & Meditations are no doubt changing that! Thank you Nancy and to the Auma as well. I did this beautiful meditation while grounding bare feet on the earth in my backyard. The breeze was blowing my chimes. The sun was filtering through new leaf growth and even though somewhere a new roof was being power nailed on, I was able to just BE in this magnificent Natural setting part of the beauty coming up through the soles of my feet. The colors toward the end were calming blues and blue-greens and to soft violet energy definitely moved through clearing the first 3 chakras. 🙏🏼 Namaste❤

The meditation is very comforting . It feels like a big warm blanket surrounding and holding me close.

The eclipse knocked out my body's ability to function on autopilot and I had a couple of moderately serious injuries before I realised what was going on. I must now concentrate 100% of my attention on what I'm doing in the moment and the injuries have slowed me right down. (Of course that's exactly what I needed to do!) My 'grounding tree' has been telling me off - it was trying to get my attention since winter but refused to talk to me unless I had bare feet. I said no chance until it's warm and dry enough, mate, but I see now that had I been prepared to have freezing cold wet feet for a bit I might have saved myself the injuries 😆 I know ... one should always listen to the Wise Ones, especially when they've been around for 200 million years ... currently we are having regular grounding sessions which are extremely powerful. And now thanks to this meditation I can bring in the diamond and silver light. Thank you Nancy! This is awesome!

I originally fired up my computer today to redo your nervous system meditation only to find this one sitting at the top of the page. So I did this meditation which was really nice. Once it finished I opened my eyes and noticed another music meditation video, 'Nervous system Re SET ♈ Coming back to the Centre (432hz) by Calm Whale' - so I clicked on that which seemed to couple with your meditation and made it go on even further. I felt myself as anchored to the centre of the earth like sea grass is anchored to the ocean floor and then I could feel myself moving around like sea plants do in the water currents still with the silver, diamond and blue. Then the swaying started in my physical body so I moved with that to a fro still as sea grass but like it was my nervous system that was the grass in the water. My nervous system is being hammered at the moment, I have child hood pstd, diabetes, chronic headaches that never stops, endocrine system problems along with adrenal fatigue issues along with all the energies happening at the moment also impacting the nervous system. It has been very hard to live in my body and to reconnect with it while it is in such pain and dis-ease. I appreciate your work thank you.
