They are all so beautiful in their own ways. Congrats on finishing them; that's quite an accomplishment. Do you feel a bit of dip (in energy, creativity, and/or mood) after completing big projects? I always need some time to rest and dream after a big push. I see the fallow time as part of the creative process.
Thank you! Once I finish painting I'm usually busy with varnishing, framing, website work, marketing etc., so I don't have much time to think about the fact I've finished painting 😄. But I do tend to then do a bit of sketchbook work first before I jump into another series. It works as a bit of a reset and lets new ideas come to fruition.
Jeannine, these are all so beautiful. 😍 The pink/brown edged piece is the one I am most drawn to, when you added the energetic swoops of paint, I had butterflies as I loved it before but it transformed, adding more interest and depth. I’ve noticed it has already been sold, not that I would be able to purchase it but understandable, it spoke to someone else too. Congratulations 👏🏻🎉 Your art, process and your fun way of sharing it with us here is greatly appreciated. Thank you and look forward to your next creative series 🙏🏻😍🙏🏻👏🏻💖
Thank you, Andrea! It's been on quite a journey this one. And I'm very please with the end result 😄 I'm excited to see what the next series brings too! I want to try painting even larger pieces.
