I understand mrcc does not provide reward for fuel or utility but are the spend on fuel and utility considered for milestone of 20k and fee waiver of 1.5lac?

Hi, I had applied for a gold charge card (wanted to capitalize on fuel spend points) last month but was rejected for some unknown reason which even the customer execs were unable to clearly convey - eventually they said it was a tech issue. Has this happened with anyone else? I was then told to reapply after 6 months - is this the usual criteria or I could try my luck with an application now? Thanks
Thanks for sharing the comparison. I was thinking to take Gold Charge card. Can you please share your experience on renewal fee waiver offers from Amex on both the cards assuming spends of 1L? I have heard that the waiver offers on Gold Charge are not so good compared to MRCC.
@@dugarnirajhi Duga! I just saw this on Quora I asked Amex for Annual fee waiver of gold charge card. Amex gave me below options 1. 12000 reward points if I decide to pay Annual fees 2. 50% discount on Annual fees 3. 100% reversal of Annual fees if I spend 60k in 3 months. I am thinking to opt for 12000 reward points as I shifted all my spends to Axis Magnus and Vistara infinite. Don't want to do any manufactured spends.

The comparison is very basic. If you have other cards with Lounge access, Movie tickets and just using Amex for Rewards purpose Membership Card Wins. One Update is if you use Any Amex card on HP Petrol pumps no surcharges are applied.
