Aspartame makes my head spin - literally. It gives me vertigo. My Dr told me to check the ingredients on food products & avoid it at all costs b/c it carries many risks. It's certainly not a "healthy" additive.

this is a common disease. All the Nephrologist ion the world are familiar with it. check with your local Nephrologist for a true medical evaluation and the treatment. sometimes this disease progresses

Can you please link the sources for your well known facts? It's only helpful if I can evaluate the human/animal studies you are basing your medical claims. Most acedemic literature is bloat that won't hold water because too many variables have been changed, not statitcally relavant, unrepeatable, or otherwise irrelevant results due to things like p-hacking to maintain tenure track/quota.
