I use VEGAS Pro to do my editing, though there are other software that can do the same thing. For recording, I use OBS Studio for PC and my phone's native recorder for mobile clips.

Pick a game, gather clips of guns, pick a song, match gun sounds to song, "profit" (not really). This is an oversimplification of the steps, but the procedure should be somewhat like so. Some steps may be skipped with the existence of public gun sync packs but... you get my point. Software used are usually: a recording software (to gather clips) and an editing software (to make said gun syncs).

whats your pc spec i tried to make gun sync with my laptop but the editor keeps lagging on playback making the gun unsync

I'm using an ASUS F15 laptop. It has a 10th Generation Intel i5 core, an NVIDIA 1680 GTX (this doesn't really matter that much because VEGAS Pro freaks the hell out when I decide to use this), 8GB of RAM. If it's your video preview lagging, one advice I can give is to lower the preview quality when syncing, only increase it when you wish to test video effects.
