A codified constitution is much more effective than the uncodified one, particularly for the developing countries.. We know just only two or three countries adopted the uncodified constitution in the world.. Though UK has a remarkable history regarding unwritten constitution, but still today, they are facing a number of different issues which had not been discussed previously.. That's why now main facus of conservative party is to convert uncodified constitution into written one to cope with the challenges which govt. is facing there..
Yes you are absolutely correct. I would like to argue that the ease with which the political parties are able to make changes in the Constitution of the country is itself a testament to the flexibility of the uncodified constitutional arrangement of the country. Which parts do you think should be codified first?
