UofL Dept. of Medicine Grand Rounds: Dr. Michael Haboubi 

Michael A. Haboubi, D.O., Instructor in Neurology and Director, Neurology Clerkship Program at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, presented "Stroke Update 2024" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on January 18, 2024.
Dr. Haboubi's talk focused on identifying what is a stroke and how it affects our community, recognizing a large vessel occlusion, reviewing what advancements have been made in treating large vessel occlusions, discussing should we close PFOs.
