What does MPDVR mean? Does that mean mixed freight/manifest?

@@OtterMan310M is manifest, PD is Portland, OR (Albina Yard), and RV is Roseville, CA. That's what a UP train symbol is

This Railroad Crossing should be Permanently Closed cause there's no room for Grade Separation. Main one is 11th & 12th. Freight Trains & Amtrak need to be Grade Separated while MAX will remain At Grade Crossings.
