Bihar has everything 1 Rich history and culture (We have ruled all over India for centuries and made India akhandbharat) 2 We have world's most fertile land (To support a large population base) 3 We have world's second largest river that is ganga river so we have huge amount of fresh water available so no water scarcity which almost every region of world is facing 4 we have huge amount of minerals reserve in and nearby states of east and northeast so huge amount of opportunities for manufacturing industries 5 bihar has inland navigation through Ganga so we are still connected to ocean without any problem of rising sea level ,coastal cyclones or coastal attack 6 bihar is very far away from China Pakistan border tension Still we are undeveloped due to worst politics as most of govt office headquarters job's etc are in Mumbai Delhi Bangalore etc and govt mostly invest in these cities only They neglect bihar 😑 🙄 😒 😪 For bihar to become developed state we need 1 A Delhi ncr or Mumbai mmr type cities cluster and 5-6 tire 2 cities so that 10 crore bihari can get job in bihar itself (One way it can be done by joining Patna and nearby districts and forming a mega city like Delhi NCR) 2 focus on advance industries like IT automobile Electronics etc 3 focus on labour incentive industries like textile footwear etc 4 focus on metal industries as we have so many metal industries nearby 5 food processing We must develop mega port along ganga ji for compitating with other coastal states Then only bihar can become a completely developed state
यह बात बिहार की जनता को सोचना चाहिए कि बिहार की राजनीति में दूसरे राजनीतिक पार्टियों को भी मौका दिया जाए जैसे उत्तर प्रदेश में पार्टियां आती-जाती है। खानदानी लुटेरे राज करेंगे तो यही होगा।

Currently Bihar is trying its best in terms of education, electricity and infrastructure but still Bihar will have to do much more . The government should have to construct at least two international Airports to export its products to other countries and states.. Similarly there should be at least 4 expressways to connect Bihar with its neighboring states.
Inland water transport should be developed in Bihar and Bengal as soon as possible as these states have huge population density and with time prosperity will come and more and more people will have there own private vehicles which will lead to massive traffic jams. As of today transportation of goods are majorly done via road.

This includes all the national highways and the upgrading of train connectivity. If certain part falls on to the state government to do and if they fails to even start, this will surely leads to backward Ness. For fully implement of progressive state model this gundagardi, corruption and smelling political will should be finished. Then think of a successful investment.

Y should other states be abandoned?? Every state has it's own economic policy and should change it if it's not working. If the Central government directly starts interfering in the State this will distort the basic structure of union.

We should develop up and bihar.these two produce most of the food we eat.implement new agricultural techniques like israel also educate the children. These two states are true jems of india.
Bihar kept of helping entire Indian states by providing it's natural resources like coal, iron steel, cement ect almost free of cost from 1953 to 1993. So Bihar deserve more funding from India. Not just Bihar has helped in natural resources but to save democracy it has sacrificed. Destruction of Bihar which started from 1967 was to detail Indian economy. Finally Indian economy was detailed in 1991 and India was forced to take loan from IMF in 1991. Post independence Bihar was hub of all big industries. India's first business school XLRI was in Bihar . First IIT campus too was built in Bihar now Jharkhand (now called BIT Sindri). But conflict between Bihar hunger and no compromise in special benifit for Bihar youth led to start first IIT in a jail(Kharagpur).
well the present Bihar govt announced reservation in private sector, so i am not sure any private company is willing to invest in it, if the that state is willing to destroy its own economy by doing such stupid stuff, i am not fine spending taxpayers money in it

But old wounds were very strong, first was pre independence and from from 1967 to 1984. One industrial city, Dalmiyanagar was completely destroyed in 1984 whose destruction started in around 1970s. Pre independence, British injected extreme slavery to loot it's vast natural resources which was highly blessed for agriculture based and industrial based economy.
Bihar already taking a huge amount from central government or maybe from others devlop states because of population but these money are going to corrupt politics bank of Bihar not use for development just month ago a bridge collapse within minutes 1716 crore better ta give education instead of money
Uttar Pradesh will be the growth engine of India and by 2030 it will also become number 1 in GDP alongwith Population, but Bihar has no hope, it should be break in pieces and merge with others state

No doubt about heavy investments requirement in up and bihar but funds for that must not come from taxes paid by western and southern states as they are already at disadvantageous position due to finance comission.
Every state should implement domicile reservation and mandatory state language for appointment in state govt. services. The main problem is population. Bengal is also not very rich but population is smaller and shrinking so it's effects are less pronounced.

Bihar's foremost problem is state govt's anti-business mindset. They just need to learn UP. It was in same condition like Bihar in economy, but now is another guj in making.

I'm from Bihar, Patna... Development se hmlog ka koi mtlb nhi... Bs jaatiwaad & Paltu chacha ki palti dekhte rhte hain... Ek example deta hoon, Digha Bihta(jaha IIT, NIT) h, insb areas me Patna unplanned way me expand kr gaya... Agar isko planned way me develop kiya jata to ek big IT city develop ho jata...
No matter how much the center will invest in both of the states but until and unless they'll not control their population, they'll always lag behind. And already they are getting more than they should get.

मै सामन्यत्या कमेँट नहीं करता हूँ लेकिन 10 दिन अभी बिहार दर्शन पे निकला था जिसमे से कटिहार, पूर्णिया, किशनगंज तीन जिलों मे रुका जो की पश्चिम बंगाल के पास हैँ वहा का पारिदर्श (View ) देख कर रूह काँप गयी बहुत गरीबी और आशिक्षा हैँ लोगो को दो वक़्त की बस रोटी मिल जाए इतने मे ही ख़ुश हैँ जीवन मे पहली बार गारीबी का एहसास हुआ हैँ Mass (बड़े ) स्तर पर बिहार का विकास जरूर होना चाहिए बहुत ही जरूरी हैँ कारण लिटरेसी रेट मे नीचे से प्रथम सबसे आशिक्षति राज्य (61 परसेंट ) 51 परसेंट महिला साक्षर 71 परसेंट पुरुष क़ोई भी डाटा उठा लिया बिहार की स्थिति बहुत ही ख़राब हैँ उत्तर प्रदेश की स्तिथि मे अब सुधार हुआ हैँ महाराष्ट्र जैसे राज्य को भी टक्कर से रहा 1 ट्रिलियन usd मे जीडीपी मे..
Special Category Status to Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and other backward states is only solution to catch up with other developed states in 21st century.
